How to add credit to your Google Voice account in 2 ways


All we know most calls made with Google Voice are almost free between the United States and Canada, and international call rates may vary and are $0.01 per minute according to different sources. If you plan to make an international call, you will require to add balance to your Google Voice account. You may deposit up to 70% using the Google Voice website or your Android Google Voice app accordingly.

1. Add credit to Google Voice By using the official website

  • Open the Google Voice official website  and log into your account if you already have an account or create an account and log in.

  • After login your account, you will notice an option Setting. Now click the Settings option (shaped like a button) at the very top right of your devices screen.

  • Then, at the pane on the left you will find a Payment option, you are required to click "Payments."

  • "Add credit." named an option visible in front of you once you complete the above step.

  • Now you will notice a pop-up window, which you allow to choose how much you want to purchase , and then you have to  click "Add credit."

  • Finally you have to select a payment method that you are comfortable with and complete the transaction after selecting it.

2. Add credit to Google Voice By using the Android app

  • You have to install  the Google Voice app or if you already use it you need just open it.

  • You will see there are the three horizontal lines which you are required to tap on it.

  • Then you will notice, at the top-left of the screen and then find the "Settings" option in the menu.

  • To pay you need to go to  the Payments section, and tap "Add credit." which you find  in the Payments section of Settings option. 


  • Now a pop-up window appears in front of you screen , you have to simply choose how much credit you require to add, and then click "Add credit."


  • Finally you are required to select a payment method with which one with you comfort and complete your transaction. 


We noticed Google Voice's international call rates are really cheaper than those set by other providers. Adding credit to Google Voice is a straightforward process. The maximum balance may be negotiable, but since you only need these credits to make international calls to Google Voice, it will not affect the user experience. Google Voice is one of the most effective in a specific sector.
